Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy describes the scope and purposes of data processing by VPNAdd on its website, user panel and network acceleration service. Account management, traffic billing and website analytics are handled separately. Website analytics do not track users' activity on other websites accessed through international routes.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Email is optional. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request. Keep account credentials secure, and do not submit passwords or full subscription URLs in ticket attachments or on public pages.
To provide subscription services, VPNAdd processes account identifiers, selected plans, order status, payment results, subscription validity and traffic usage. Order records are used to verify entitlements, handle refunds and resolve payment disputes. Traffic usage is used for billing and to show remaining allowances; it does not include a list of websites visited. Support tickets retain descriptions voluntarily submitted by users and records needed to handle them.
No-Logs Approach and Connection Information
VPNAdd does not record which websites users access through this service, store browsing history, visited content or DNS query history, or create activity logs that could reconstruct an individual's browsing path. A no-logs approach does not mean account, order and billing records are not kept. These records are used to provide the service and are handled separately from browsing activity.
When a connection is established, network equipment must temporarily process source addresses, destination addresses and connection status to forward traffic. This connection information is used only while the connection is active and for necessary troubleshooting; it is not kept as a persistent connection log and is released when processing ends. Diagnostics are limited to necessary service errors and aggregate status, rather than ongoing records of individual browsing activity.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand how marketing pages are read, where visits come from, how buttons are used and when page errors occur. They may include page paths, visit times, referring pages, and browser and device categories. Analytics are limited to this website and do not extend to other services users access through network routes. They are not used to build browsing activity profiles.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login sessions, save language preferences and retain necessary interface settings. Login credentials in the browser identify authenticated sessions. Users can restrict cookies or clear site data in their browser settings, but doing so may require them to log in again and will reset saved preferences. Clearing local data does not delete the server-side account.
Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or network, whose data practices apply to that process. VPNAdd receives the transaction identifier, amount and payment status needed to verify orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords to customer support.
USDT transaction records may be searchable on public networks, and using this payment method does not mean a transaction cannot be linked to its participants. Account data is not shared with other parties except as needed to complete payments, provide the service, resolve disputes or respond to valid legal requests. Any necessary disclosure is limited to the scope required for its purpose.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account features. Order, refund and dispute records are retained as needed to fulfill obligations, reconcile accounts and comply with applicable laws. Support tickets and site analytics are retained while needed to handle requests or conduct analysis, then deleted or stripped of identifying links when those purposes end. Retention periods vary by data category; analytics needs do not extend the retention of records of individual browsing activity.
Users can request access to, correction of or deletion of account data through the user panel's support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before a request is processed. If an order, dispute or legal retention obligation is still outstanding, we will explain what cannot yet be deleted and why. Deleting an account may affect subscription management and access to historical records, so please confirm before submitting a request.
Policy Updates and Questions
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to data use or user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. For questions about data processing, storage or deletion requests, please describe the matter in a support ticket. Service use and refund rules are covered in the Terms of Service.
