Terms of Service

VPNAdd provides international routes and subscription management services, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Check the user panel for available routes and client access points. The service is designed to improve connection paths for cross-border access; it does not replace an account, content authorization or other eligibility required by a destination website.

Monthly subscriptions include the traffic allowance for the selected plan, which resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain valid indefinitely until used. For prices and data allowances, see the Plans page. Before paying, verify the plan type, amount and data allowance in your order.

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription credentials secure, and do not post subscription URLs on public pages. If you notice unusual account activity, change your password and report the issue through a ticket. When submitting diagnostic information, conceal your password, full subscription URL and sensitive payment details.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This rule concerns device connections and does not permit account resale or sharing subscription credentials. The subscription is for the account holder's use on devices they manage. It may not be rented, transferred, resold or provided to others as a public access service. Use across multiple devices remains subject to the data allowance of the selected plan.

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in regions relevant to their use of the service, as well as the terms of use of destination websites. The service must not be used for fraud, illegal transactions, violations of others' privacy or intellectual property, distributing unlawful content or any other illegal activity.

Users must not use routes to carry out cyberattacks, unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, spam distribution or other activities that harm networks or third-party rights. Users are responsible for determining whether their access and actions are lawful. A successful connection does not mean VPNAdd endorses the destination content, transaction or purpose.

Connection quality depends on local networks, carrier routing, device settings, maintenance and the policies of destination services. Performance may fluctuate or be temporarily interrupted. VPNAdd does not guarantee that any particular route will remain available, or that any third-party website, app or content will always be accessible. Check on-site notices for maintenance and route changes.

If you encounter an issue, first check your local settings using the FAQ, then submit a support ticket. VPNAdd addresses liabilities it is required to assume under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. The relevant provider is responsible for third-party service fees, content and account decisions.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. You do not need to provide evidence of a poor service experience. Sign in to the user panel and submit your request through the support ticket portal, including order details for verification.

VPNAdd will review the order and payment ownership before processing a refund. If further information is needed, we will explain in the ticket. The refund status and the outcome for the associated subscription will be communicated through the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider; no fixed processing time is promised in these terms. Disputes raised after the period above will be handled under applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

If a user engages in unlawful use, resale or sharing, violates others' rights or disrupts service operations, VPNAdd may restrict connections, suspend the subscription or terminate the account based on the circumstances. Any action should be proportionate to the risk, and the reason will be explained where legally permitted and practicable. Users who disagree with an action may request a review through a ticket. Outstanding orders and refund disputes remain subject to these terms and applicable law.

Updates to these terms will be posted on this page, and the updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site. No change will retroactively reduce rights under existing orders that are protected by law. Users who disagree with a change may stop using the service and ask through a ticket how it affects their existing subscription. For details on personal information processing, see the Privacy Policy.
