Choose a plan to match your usage. Monthly plans suit regular needs; data packages suit occasional access. Check the billing rules before choosing a data allowance.
Plans start at ¥9.9/month. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. 14-day refund policy and unlimited simultaneous devices. No email required; create an account with a username and password.
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated over the remaining days. Data packages last until used and never expire. Prices are listed upfront for easy comparison with your order.
Choose a billing option then pick a data allowance
Compare plans by data allowance, not by assuming that more data guarantees faster connections. Your experience also depends on your local network, selected route and destination service.
Monthly plan · Manage usage by month
For devices that use international routes every day or often. Your allowance resets monthly on the activation date, so keep track of your remaining data and reset date. Before choosing a plan, consider your browsing, video streaming and file transfer habits rather than estimating by device count alone.
Everyday essentials
60GB Monthly Plan
¥9.9 / month
60GB of data
Resets monthly on the activation date
Unlimited simultaneous devices
14-day refund policy
A good fit for browsing, document research and text-based communication. Plan your budget month to month, connect the devices you use most, then check actual usage in the user dashboard. This is more reliable than guessing based on app names.
Videos, downloaded image-generation results and large files use data, as can background syncing. The 60GB allowance is shared across the plan, not assigned separately to each device. If you often transfer files, check your remaining data and reconsider your plan tier.
For users who browse, stream video, work with remote files or switch between a computer and other devices. The larger allowance makes it easier to manage work and everyday access on one account.
Choose a tier based on total data use, not the number of devices connected at once. Video quality, viewing time and file size all affect usage. 250GB does not guarantee access to any particular app, a dedicated route or fixed bandwidth.
For established usage patterns with frequent video streaming and file transfers. If your dashboard shows that you often use most of your allowance, this tier may better match your monthly needs—without budgeting in advance for uncertain usage.
The 500GB plan still has a data limit; it is not unlimited. A larger allowance helps manage data usage but does not replace choosing a route or troubleshooting your local network. If one website is having issues, check your connection mode and the destination service's status first.
Data Packages · Use them at your own pace; they never expire
For irregular usage, travel or specific tasks that require international routes. Data packages do not reset monthly and are not tied to a monthly usage period. Choose a tier based on your estimated total usage, not by splitting the allowance into monthly amounts.
Occasional access
300GB Data Package
¥158 / package
300GB of data
Use until depleted; never expires
Unlimited simultaneous devices
14-day refund policy
For occasional research or periods of cross-border work, without the need to plan usage month by month. Gaps between uses do not affect the package's validity. Check your remaining data in the user dashboard.
This package is consumed based on total usage, and never expiring does not mean unlimited data. Check background syncing, file downloads and video playback to better understand usage. If your usage is consistently high, compare the billing model with a monthly plan.
For irregular project timelines with substantial file transfers and media use. Track your remaining data instead of trying to measure a pay-as-you-use package by a fixed number of months.
A larger data package does not change the characteristics of a route. Check performance with the services you use. If you already have a monthly plan, do not assume a new data package will automatically add to its allowance. Review your current plan in the user dashboard before placing an order.
For users who know their typical usage and want a larger pool of data for future access. Test your client, routes and common use cases first, then decide whether this tier fits your needs based on actual usage records.
A larger allowance does not make every connection faster or change the regional policies of third-party platforms. Keep track of remaining data, background tasks and destination service requirements. A data package changes how you pay; it does not guarantee unrestricted access to services.
Choose your billing type and data allowance. You can confirm the basics—supported devices, platforms and route coverage—before picking a plan.
Unlimited simultaneous devices
Use the same account on your everyday computer and other devices. When planning data usage, consider the total across all devices; unlimited devices does not mean each gets a separate plan. Background downloads and syncing may also use data, so check both your client and dashboard.
90+ countries / 160+ routes
International routes serve access needs in different regions. Start by considering where the destination service is located, then test with your local network. Geographic distance is only a guide; a city name alone cannot predict performance. See the server page for route details. Available routes are shown in the user dashboard.
Popular operating systems supported
Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Find client downloads in the user dashboard; subscription details are available after signing in. Permissions and setup vary by operating system. Follow the getting-started guide to connect, then test the apps you use every day.
Bank-grade encryption
Encrypted connections are one part of cross-border access. On public networks, check website addresses, protect your account password and keep an eye on your client connection status. A network acceleration service and the security of a destination website are separate concerns; a successful connection does not verify that a website is safe.
Streaming & AI tools
Choose a route for your target region and test access. Third-party platforms may determine available content based on account region, detected exit location and their own policies. A plan does not guarantee ongoing access to any particular platform. Test the tasks you use most before planning for higher data usage.
Support tickets in the dashboard
Submit account, order and connection questions through the user dashboard. When describing an issue, include your operating system, selected route, connection mode and any error message. This helps distinguish account issues from local setup problems. Do not include your password or full subscription details in a ticket.
Compare how each option is managed, then compare data allowances. The table does not calculate unlisted unit prices or estimate savings based on assumed usage periods.

Usage pattern
Regular access; manage your budget and data monthly
Irregular timing; track total usage
If you are unsure how much data you need, start by tracking your usual tasks: browsing, video streaming and file transfers can use very different amounts. The same number of devices can also add up to very different totals. Actual usage in your dashboard is more useful than broad labels like “light” or “heavy.” If you need to adjust a monthly plan, follow the upgrade options shown in the dashboard.
Payments & order checks
Alipay
WeChat Pay
USDT
Confirm the amount, plan and payment status in the user dashboard. This page is for comparing plans and does not collect payment information.
Open the dashboard and choose a plan
Select a plan card to open the plans section of the user dashboard. No email required: create an account with a username and password, or sign in to an existing account. Before continuing, check the plan name, data allowance and billing type—monthly plans and data packages are different products.
Follow the checkout instructions to pay
After creating an order, choose Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT and follow the checkout instructions. For USDT payments, carefully check the network, address and amount shown on the page. Do not reuse payment details from another order or transfer funds based on the prices listed here.
Return to the order page to check status
After paying, return to the original order and check its status. Then check the plan and data in your account overview. If the payment provider shows the payment as complete but the dashboard has not updated, keep your order details and check the original order before creating another one. For help, submit a ticket with the issue and relevant order details.
14-day refund policy
How to request a refund
Test your usual use cases before deciding whether the service suits your needs long term. Refund eligibility is governed by the Terms of Service. Submit requests through the user dashboard.
To request a refund, sign in to the relevant account, open a support ticket and clearly state that you are requesting a refund. Include the order details. If you have multiple orders, identify the one covered by your request so it is not confused with a plan change or order cancellation.
Check the dashboard for replies after submitting your request. Verify the order or provide any additional information requested through the ticket. Do not share your account password, full subscription details or complete payment credentials on public pages. This page does not specify a refund processing time or guarantee when funds will arrive through a payment provider.

How much do VPNAdd plans cost?
Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB, with 250GB at ¥18/month and 500GB at ¥28/month. Data packages cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used and never expire. Monthly plan data resets on the activation date. Choose based on whether you need a monthly plan or pay-as-you-use data.
How many devices can use one account at the same time?
Unlimited simultaneous devices. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux are supported. Keep an eye on your plan's remaining data when using multiple devices: unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data, and each device does not get a separate data allowance.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
14-day refund policy. Sign in to the user dashboard, open a support ticket, state that you are requesting a refund and include the relevant order details. Check the refund terms in the Terms of Service for eligibility. Do not include your account password or full payment credentials.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Choose a plan and create an order in the user dashboard, then follow the checkout instructions. Before paying, check the plan name, price and billing type. After payment, return to the order page to check its status. If the status has not updated, check the original order before paying again.
When does monthly plan data reset, and how is an upgrade calculated?
Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Check the reset date and remaining data shown in the user dashboard. Before upgrading, review the plan details there; do not assume you need to pay the full difference between listed prices.
Do data packages expire, and can they replace a monthly plan?
Data packages last until used and never expire. They suit irregular usage and budgets based on actual consumption; monthly plans are easier to manage for steady, month-to-month needs. The billing rules differ, so do not assume data can be combined or converted automatically. Check your current plan in the user dashboard before switching.
