VPNAdd / SUPPORT
Contact Us & Support Tickets
Manage account, subscription, and route issues in one place: the user panel. Keep the full context together so you can add details and follow replies.
When to Use Support Tickets
For subscription status, order checks, client connection issues, traffic usage questions, or refund requests, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket. Share account or order details only in the ticket, not on public pages.
VPNAdd offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. Include the relevant order details and your request. See the Terms of Service for full details.
What to Include Before Submitting
Describe steps that reproduce the issue; this is more helpful than simply saying “I can’t connect.” Include the details below that are relevant to your situation.
- Issue: What you were doing when it occurred, what the page displayed, and what you expected to happen.
- Connection setup: Your platform, client name, network environment, and the selected route name and type.
- Checks already tried: Whether you switched routes or networks, and what happened afterward.
- Order details: The relevant order ID, payment method, and status shown in the user panel.
Before sharing screenshots, hide passwords, subscription links, access tokens, and unrelated payment details. Never share your account password. Keep updates about the same issue in the original ticket so support can review the full history.
Email & Telegram
No public email address or Telegram contact details are currently listed on this page. Support is available through tickets in the user panel; submit account and order questions there.
Email is generally suited to written inquiries, while Telegram is often used for general chat. Since this page lists neither contact details nor response arrangements for these channels, please rely on replies in your support ticket.
Guides & Self-Help
For your initial setup, start with the Getting Started Guide. For connection or billing questions, see the FAQ. If these resources don't resolve the issue, include the checks you've already completed in your ticket to help with further investigation.
For subscription pricing and traffic policies, see the Plans.
